this is a shopper bag that i knitted from recycled plastic carrier bags and recycled string, it fits over my shoulder.

recycled plastic knitted beach bag

this bag was knitted using plastic shopping bags, the kind you get from the grocery store. in total roughly 200 plastic bags were used and it took 3 months to create this bag. i finished it in april 2011.
